We believe in preservation, transformation, and translation. We preserve tradition by working with nuruk and grounding our brewing practice in Korean techniques.

We transform it by adapting those methods to our environment in Copenhagen — experimenting with techniques and what resonates with the European palate.

We see our role as a translator too: offering people an experience of Korean culture through our wines, and through the stories we tell around them. It’s about respect, adaptation, and sharing — all at once
